Ashley Davis is dressing her son Angler up for Halloween as Carl from the Disney Pixar movie Up. Angler has a developmental delay and difficulty walking. But it appears this 2-year-old is loving the costume and ready to go clean out the neighborhood trick-or-treating. The Davis family should bring a wheelbarrow for the haul of candy that Angler will bring in. His mom wants him to have that experience just like anyone:
I think it just makes him happy to be like the other kids. Our big thing is to not let him feel like he is different. We treat him like a typical two-year-old.
It's nice to see parents get creative and make clever costumes that work well for their kids. Because sometimes parents really, really get it wrong. Happy Halloween to Angler, who won't be able to fly away with balloons when's he's weighed down by the candy stash.
