Alec Baldwin talks about doing his Donald Trump impression during a 'very difficult time.'

Alec Baldwin and his wife Hilaria recently did an interview with the magazine Hola!, in which the It's Complicated star discussed, among other things, his recurring role as Donald Trump on Saturday Night Live. Us Weekly translated parts of the interview, which was printed in Spanish, including Baldwin categorizing the current political climate as a "very, very difficult time in this country."

Of his Trump impression, Baldwin said,

I’m glad people find it funny. . . but at the same time, I think people were very worried about the election. Both sides are very passionate so it’s been a very, very difficult time in this country. I haven’t felt like this in a long, long time. There are bad feelings on both sides, so to have the opportunity to give people a chance to talk and laugh about it is a good thing.

One person who is clearly not laughing about the impression is Donald Trump himself, who has tweeted numerous times that SNL is "biased" and "unwatchable."

In response, Baldwin tweeted to Trump that all he has to do is release his dang tax returns, and he'll stop. Ball's in your court, Trump.

Twitter swoops in to save mom's knitting career after she bombs at a craft fair.

In a real-life heartwarming Hallmark movie, Twitter rallied around the true meaning of Christmas to lift the spirits of a mom/mum who didn't make any sales at a craft fair.

Last Thursday, Martyn Hett got a text from his mom, Figen, that after a long day at a Christmas craft fair in Manchester, she didn't make any sales. It's the nightmare of every artisan.

After breaking his follower's hearts with the story, Hett tweeted out a link to his mum's online Depop shop where they could buy the goods online, and Twitter was climbing on board.

Hett's friend Liam fell in love with Flora the Glove Monster, and he started making sales.

Mum was adorable and very, very moved.

And the sales kept coming in.

Hett toldMetrohow disheartening it was for his mum not to have made any sales at the fair, "especially as it was handmade and she’d put a lot of work into it."

“She sews and knits for therapeutic reasons," he said, "She’s a counsellor and she believes that being creative is good for the soul – it’s advice she often gives her clients."

The teddies were quickly shipped, and the customers are excited and satisfied.

Mum is now a full-on entrepreneur, going global and vigorously knitting to meet demand.

She's taking her newfound viral fame very, very seriously.

If you're hoping to get an imperfect heart or a teddy from Santa, best of luck, because they're all now officially sold out!

It's stories like the previously broken dreams of Craft Mum and the disappointment of the burger-cooking Pawpaw that make the internet's hearts grow three sizes.

Mom battling breast cancer exposes her 'humiliating' TSA search on Facebook.

Denise Albert says she has "never been so humiliated or felt so violated" after her encounter with the TSA at a flight out of LAX on Sunday night. Albert, a radio and TV host of "The MOMS with Denise and Melissa," is currently undergoing treatment for breast cancer.

According to ABC, a metal port on her chest and medical cream in her bag apparently resulted in the extremely invasive experience, a video of which Albert quickly posted to Facebook. Hundreds of sympathetic comments have poured in, lamenting the authorities' lack of compassion.

I have never been so humiliated or felt more violated in my life. I went through the scanning machine at the airport...

Posted by Denise Albert on Sunday, December 4, 2016

"I explained I didn't have socks on and that my cream is for an infection from my current treatment, including on my feet," wrote Albert on her Facebook post. "So if they wanted to put my shoes through x-ray, I would have to sit down because I would not put my bare feet on the floor."

"After at least 20 minutes of sitting there because they were debating how to proceed, I told them my feet were freezing. Also a side effect from chemo. They refused to help me."

Albert went on to detail more instances of the TSA's refusal to follow procedure or to listen to her concerns. She correctly pointed out that the TSA website ensures those with medical conditions do not have to remove their shoes.

A feature on ABC about the incident put further pressure on the TSA to apologize.

According to ABC, the TSA released the following statement on Monday night:

The Transportation Security Administration takes reports of alleged impropriety very seriously. TSA is currently looking into the specific details as to what occurred during the screening process to ensure our security protocols were followed. We regret any discomfort the security screening process may have caused the passenger. We will work with the passenger directly to address her concerns.

Congrats to Blac Chyna on her impressive post-baby body and her adorable post-baby baby.

Will Smith comes clean about the time he was desperate enough to borrow money from a fan.

On Monday, a seemingly un-aging Will Smith told Jimmy Kimmel about the time he mooched off a fan to pay for gas after forgetting his wallet at home. The former Fresh Prince of Bel-Air star said he considered calling his wife, Jada Pinkett Smith, but was rescued by a generous fan instead.

Geez, Will. You couldn't think of a better way to say you were running out of gas than saying you were "driving on E"? If you were actually driving while on E, you would have a much bigger problem than not being able to refill your gas tank.

Luckily, the anonymous Fresh Prince fan was able to lend Smith a hand. Ah, the kindness of strangers when you are ridiculously famous and the most charismatic human in the world!

Smith should have ended their interaction by saying "Yo homes, smell ya later." That would have made that dude's head explode.

Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today to mourn the death of the choker trend. Choker died peacefully having been taken to its logical conclusion: also serving as a neck brace.

Twitter roasted Forever 21 for their the necklace that'll also provide support when you're recovering from an injury.

The "necklace" is paired with a Star Wars baseball jersey, the official "Cool Girl" uniform (Natty Light beer sold separately).

The neck brace is just the tip of the iceberg.

People started predicting what's next for Forever 21's accessories line.

If you're not ready to let go of the trend from 2016 from 1998, it's easy to DIY.

RIP chokers. I'm sure we'll meet again in 20 years ... or in the summer when they won't be obscured by scarves.

Joe Biden casually makes major announcement about 2020, adds 'What the hell man.'

As he exited the Senate on Monday night after they renamed the Cancer Moonshot initiative after his son Beau, reporters caught up with Joe Biden.

"I love this place," he told them. "Are you going to run again?" they asked.

"Yeah, I am. I am going to run again. In 2020."

On Tuesday, every headline reads: "Joe Biden hints at 2020 run." Again, this is based on a quote from Joe Biden in which he says, explicitly, and there is no paraphrasing at all here:

"I am going to run again. In 2020... For president. What the hell, man? Anyway."

If you were playing 20 questions, and the answer was, "Joe Biden's running for president," and the hint was "Joe Biden's running for president," you would have ruined the game.

But American politics is so bizarre that we don't actually believe anything our politicians tell us, even when they tell us. It's still just a "hint."

Ok fine, the reporters did make him qualify his statement a little, and they couldn't stop chuckling. But here's the audio of the interaction (at the 1:44 mark).

"Just to be clear were you kidding about running for president in 2020?" asks a reporter.

"I'm not committing NOT to run," says Biden, for real. "I'm not committing to anything. I learned a long time ago fate has a strange way of intervening."

Mom shares graphic photo of her injury to warn others about being careless while babywearing.

A young mother named Molly Landis is going viral with a sobering post warning other moms not to put their babies at risk without even realizing it—just like she did. Like many moms, Landis frequently goes about her household business while wearing her baby in a wrap carrier. She never thought anything of it, until the day a freak kitchen accident sent her to the hospital with severe burns.

By sheer luck, she wasn't wearing her baby at the time, but the knowledge of what could have happened haunts her. A normally private person, Landis felt herself compelled to share her story, along with a disturbing image, on social media as a cautionary tale for parents everywhere.

Warning: graphic image below.

https://www.facebook.com/permalink.php?story_fbid=10104461700697952&id=12125939&substory_index=0

Landis's post reads:

I don't normally post this kind of stuff or personal information but after sharing this story with close friends I am urged to share this story. On Tuesday I was involved in an accident where my stove burner exploded and sent a fire ball to my face, neck and chest. This caused open wounds and burns to my face and chest. Yes, this is horrible and painful but I haven't been able to stop thinking about how lucky I truly am. As a new mom I often wear my sweet 4 week old in my wrap carrier (we know we all love being hands free especially with a needy babe)..on this particular night a guardian angel was watching over me and my baby bc for the first time in her life she fell asleep in her swing and I wasn't wearing her while I was in the kitchen. The worst of my burns is to my chest- exactly where her precious little head would have been laying if she were in her carrier. The point of my message is to pleaseeeee be cautious of the activities we do while wearing our babies! Since this happened I have had so many moms say "omg, I do that all the time" .. we never think it could happen to us and I never thought it would happen to me. So grateful she wasn't near the explosion.

Landis's post is so upsetting because she was not being negligent as a mother—quite the opposite. Her mistake was one many parents make every day without ever realizing it. But sharing her story, and her extremely personal photo, is a display of bravery and selflessness that is truly impressive. She must be a great mom.

And her message isn't going unheard. Her post has been shared on Facebook more than 20,000 times, and received more than 13,000 likes. And while some of the comments are horribly judgmental (because it's the internet, duh), most parents are fully supportive. They understand the shame and fear all parents have, constantly wondering if they're doing everything they can to protect their children. And now, Molly Landis is doing her part to protect strangers' kids, too.

Steve Harvey sets the record straight about that time he totally botched the Miss Universe pageant.

$

Back in 2015, Steve Harvey made one of the most epic mistakes in live television history when he accidently crowned Miss Colombia Miss Universe over the actual winner, Miss Philippines.

Need a reminder?

On Monday, Steve told Jimmy Fallon exactly how he managed to botch the crowning so badly, but don't worry, it wasn't his fault at all!

Suuuuure, Steve.

That was an interesting way to depict a Spanish-speaking family. Anyway...

Despite the mess Harvey created while hosting the 2015 pageant, he will be back to host Miss Universe again this year. It's unfortunate that the beauty contest, that was recently sold by President-elect Donald Trump, couldn't find a different host. Like the pageant's previous owner, Harvey has a long record of being shitty to women, no matter how charming he comes off while hosting Family Feud.

Good luck chalking all that up to "simple human error."

Redditor SgtScheisskopf wound up in the awkward position of having to email a professor to get out of class with an excuse that sounded totally fake. In fact, if it weren't for the picture, this never would have worked. But thankfully, it did, and now SgtScheisskopf has shared the bizarre email online for us all to gawk at.

The email reads:

Good afternoon Professor C…,

I know this is going to sound crazy but there is a sniper team outside of my house right now. They've been there for about 2 hours now and it's not clear whether not they will still be there by 6. I live in … off … if you'd like to check with police. In the event that there is still a SWAT operation around my house by the time I need to leave for class would you consider excusing me for the day if I send you my completed assignments?

Again, I know this is a strange situation but I'd rather not leave the house at the moment.

And here's a closeup of the photo:

They're going to get grass stains all over their khakis!

Professor C. quickly wrote back:

What a dedicated professor. Good luck on your final, SgtScheisskopf! And stay safe, please.

Nordstrom is selling a rock in a leather pouch for $85 and the reviews are perfect.

Today in "weird rich people stuff," we bring you a rock in a leather pouch that you can purchase at Nordstrom for $85 under the name "Medium Leather Wrapped Stone." Really.

Please note, that's $85 BEFORE the shipping fee.

Surely, you're thinking, this rock must do something. A high-end brand like Nordstrom wouldn't endorse reinventing the pet rock for the upper crust, but that's exactly what they did. They took some rocks they found on Los Angeles mountains and put some expensive leather on them.

Here's their glorious description of this years must-have gift:

A paperweight? A conversation piece? A work of art? It's up to you, but this smooth Los Angeles-area stone—wrapped in rich, vegetable-tanned American leather secured by sturdy contrast whipstitching— is sure to draw attention wherever it rests.

What is happening? Is an emperor walking around nude right now?

The stone has been available at Nordstrom since November 18th, and has grabbed the attention of those who lack the sophistication to see why it is so great.

Despite strong guesses that the Nordstrom staff is high af, a few are clued into what makes this product shine: its reviews.

Here are a few:

"For months I have been searching for the perfect addition to my home. Having only average knick knacks that positively fail as conversation starters, my husband and I have often sat in silence with a sheer lack of things to say. In desperation, I looked to Nordstrom for the answer. The leather wrapped stone was it. "

"All my fears were dispelled as soon as I held my very own beautiful stone. It was perfect."

"I had purchased a Small Leather Wrapped Stone last Christmas for my brother-in-law and he loved it. He's not a bad guy, but I don't really like him much, so the wife and I try to not invite them over too often."

"1 star deducted for not calling it a rock."

"When I read the design embodied both 'simplicity and functionality,' I thought there was no way this could be achieved. Bt when I finally got my hand crafted, leather wrapped rock, I was astonished. It really was completely simple yet functioned perfectly. In fact, I've never owned a rock that could function better [than] this product. Does everything a rock is supposed to do even with this leather covering. I mean everything! Definitely worth the cost."

Simply amazed.

"I told my husband I was going to be a rock in a pouch today as a conversation piece and asked why? I told him because we don't have one."

Fair.

"Lost my j/o crystal recently and had been down in the dumps (so was my little guy) since I couldn't get a good sesh in. Needed a new replacement and found this rock. It's not a crustal but I could tell it was full of positive power and energy."sesh in. Needed a new replacement and found this rock. It's not a crustal but I could tell it was full of positive power and energy."

"All the guys at The Hut are jealous of me."

In fact, there is only one negative review.

"I ordered the leather wrapped stone as a gift for my beloved girlfriend but when it arrived in the mail I quickly noticed it was as described. It clearly states that the stone was hand-made but upon inspection one could easily discern many markings from factory machinery. I had it returned so they could ship me an authentic hand-made stone. The leather alright so I kept it and found an organic GMO free substitute in my garden to replace it while I wait for the new one to be shipped in the mail."

Note: he still recommends this product.

Convinced yet? With all this press these puppies are bound to sell out, so hurry up and get yours before they run out of rocks.

Guy's text response after finding out his date was a virgin is cringe incarnate.

One lucky virgin on the internet seems to have dodged a relationship with a true wacko, after a date responded to the phrase "I'm a virgin" with one of the most hilarious, yet utterly foul responses imaginable.

The internet is full of this kind of stuff and... that's why the internet is great. Luckily, this guy wasn't finished, and his novel continues.

Appropriately posted on Reddit's Cringe Pics—oh wait, he's still going. We'll check back in in just a second.

Appropriately posted on Reddit's Cringe Pics, the post is titled "Guys reaction after I told him I was a virgin on our first date." The comments are basically as funny as the phrase "molded a virgin into the essence of Aphrodite."

"'I take sex to the next level.' If it's any consolation OP, I think he's a virgin too," wrote one.

"Self-proclaimed sex gods are often just that, self-proclaimed," said a more somber response.

Never mind, nothing is as funny as the phrase "molded a virgin into the essence of Aphrodite." Except maybe, "I take sex to the next level, past what is basic for everyone else."

Feel free to use these turns of phrase whenever you're feeling too likable.

Uber now tracks your location even after you get dropped off. Here's how to stop it.

Well here's some disturbing news: According to NPR, the newest Uber update makes it possible for your driver to track your data even after they've dropped you off.

In the past, Uber could only collect your data when the Uber App was open. After the new update, Uber will still have access to your data up until five minutes after your ride ends, meaning your driver can track your movements long after you leave their car.

Me leaving my Uber.

If you decide you are not too keen on the idea of a complete stranger having easy access to your whereabouts, there is a way to sidestep this creepy new feature. Uber does explain how to turn off the feature in the app, but Life Hacker outlines it easily for three major operating systems.

  • On Android: Settings → Apps → Uber → scroll to “Permission” → toggle “Location”
  • On Android Lollipop (5.1) and earlier: Settings → Location → toggle Off
  • On iOS: Settings → Privacy → Location Services → Uber → choose “Never”

Yes, iPhone users. SMASH that "never" button.

PETA's naked bloody woman protest was supposed to be disturbing, but wasn't supposed to be this confusing.

$

Dubliners walking down the street on Tuesday afternoon encountered a very strange, live version of a traditional Irish blood sausage. PETA was protesting meat-eating by exposing passersby to nudity and the nude woman to hypothermia.

Vegans, amirite?

But seriously, people got the message that they shouldn't be having meat at Christmas dinner, but were more concerned for the model.

(It's Europe, so this meant 11 degrees Celsius. I hope PETA wouldn't be so cruel to humans that they'd stick 'em outside naked in 11 degrees Fahrenheit)

However, people were quick to point out there were some issues with scale, a la Spinal Tap.

Oh, and don't forget that abominabletable-setting faux pas.

A naked woman on a plate just might have been the wrong call, because horny dudes.

Next time, PETA should at least clarify the metaphor.

Hopefully there is a People for the Ethical Treatment of People (PETP), because lying naked in the cold ain't safe.

Milo Ventimiglia recreates the push-up scene from 'This Is Us' with Ellen DeGeneres.

Milo Ventimiglia, the man who is single-handedly making mustaches sexy again, showed off his amazing physique on Ellenon Monday by inviting the talk show host to lay on his back as he does push-ups. Unfortunately for us, he kept his shirt on the entire time.

This skinny twerp grew up to be very, very hot.

Ventimiglia was recreating the profoundly moving moment from his show This Is Us where his character, Jack, hoists his adopted son Randall onto his back as he does push ups as a way to show his commitment to him. Although that moment may have made you cry in the show, watching Ellen light up with glee as she lays on Ventimiglia like a mattress will make you laugh.

But Ellen wasn't the only one who got the chance to lay atop Ventimiglia's rippling back. Last week, the former Gilmore Girls star uploaded this video of him giving Sterling K. Brown (a.k.a. adult Randall) a ride as well.

But then Brown returned the favor! He captioned the video as "...And I got you pop." Aw.

Of course, costar Justin Hartney also got in on the action.

And then the two on-screen brothers reversed it. Damn, everyone's arms must have been sore after that.

Wait. Is this the cutest ever cast in the history of television? Because, I'm sorry, whether you watch the show or not that is downright precious and adorable.

Also, I would love to lay on any of those dude's backs. Just saying.

Between the Gilmore Girls revival and the massive success of This Is Us, Ventimiglia is having a huge moment right now. On top of being a part of two hit series, Ventimiglia was part of People’s Sexiest Man Alive issue, and if you didn't know why before, now you know.
