The White House posted the wrong versions of executive orders on its website.

Here's some news about the Trump administration's inability to pay attention to details: It turns out that the executive orders on the White House website aren't exactly the same as the ones sent to the official Federal Register. USA Today has found at least five instances in which the executive orders didn't match.

The differences were mostly missing words and renumbered paragraphs. However, there were at least two cases in which the executive order mentioned laws that don't exist, or do exist, but are not the correct ones. (Yikes.)

For example, an executive order signed by President Donald Trump on the ethical standards for administration appointees refers to "section 207 of title 28" of the U.S. Code on the White House website. But according to Pro Publica, a nonprofit news site, that section doesn't actually exist. It is correctly cited as "section 207 of titled 18" on the Federal Register.

USA Today quoted John Wonderlich, the executive director of the nonpartisan Sunlight Foundation, as saying, "These last-minute edits suggest the Trump White House needs to revisit their vetting, sign-off, and publication processes for executive orders."

Great job, folks!

Iman is remembering her late husband on Valentine's Day.

The model posted a very sweet picture of herself with her "forever Valentine" David Bowie on Instagram on Tuesday. The gorgeous black-and-white photo shows Iman, clad in a flowy white headpiece, leaning into a sweet kiss with David Bowie, also dressed in white. Iman captioned the photograph "My forever Valentine #BowieForever#ValentinesDay".

'Cash me outside' girl makes unofficial music video the real artist is powerless to stop.

The "Cash Me Outside" girl* is making headlines again, this time for putting an "official" tag on her music video for rapper Kodak Black's "Everything 1k" when, apparently, she made it for free.

Go ahead and take a second to marinate in that video. It's a promotion for her merch, it's outrageous, and the "C" in her merchandise logo is identical to the logo for "Champion" clothing. That tiny detail has already gotten her in trouble with the brand. Here's that "C," for reference:

So back to the music video. To the extent that it was actually authorized, according to TMZ, someone from the meme teen's team asked if Kodak Black would put it on his Instagram after she made it. He agreed.

But then Kodak Black realized it said "official video" and apparently took his post down. And he can't really ask the Cash Me Outside girl to take hers down, because it has an astounding 11 million views. At this point, if Kodak Black makes a video for his own song, it'd be like an homage to hers and not the other way around.

Although in fairness, the Cash Me Outside girl has removed the "official" tag from her effort. This would make it appear that Kodak Black has, in some small way, caught her outside.

*The Cash Me Outside girl is having such a week, you're like this close to having to call her Danielle Bregoli. That's her name. And if you still don't know who she is, might I direct you towards your new favorite video-turned-meme:

"Cash me outside, how bout dah?" = "Catch me outside, how about that?"

The 13-year-oldreprised her role last week, telling Dr. Phil, "you were nothin' before I came on this show."

There's no one I'd rather cancel plans with on Valentine's Day.

Happy saddest Tinder day of the year.

School trolls new Education Secretary Betsy DeVos with a hilarious sign.

Whether or not you are in favor of Betsy DeVos' appointment as Secretary of Education, one thing is indisputable: she definitely said guns should be allowed at schools in case of Grizzly Bear attack.

Despite there being no known accounts of a bear attack in a U.S. school, this kid's school is taking that concern to heart/ trolling the heck out of DeVos.

"A sign posted in my school today."

So what happened March 10th, 1923?

This takes that school back almost 100 years grizzly-free. But, hey, credit where credit is due" DeVos' time as Secretary of Education hasn't ruined this stat at all.

Justin Bieber skipped the Grammys to throw shade at his ex's new bf on Instagram.

Justin Bieber was nominated for three Grammys this year including the highly-coveted "Album of the Year," but the pop star opted to skip the awards show on Sunday night. He had better things to do, like throw shade at his ex Selena Gomez's new bf, The Weeknd, on Instagram.

This is vindictive, petty, and, I'll be honest, kind of relatable, no?

Justin Bieber was driving around with his friend Alfredo Flores, doing a Q and A with his fans on Instagram Live, when someone asked him his favorite song at the moment. In the video he replies, totally deadpan: "Uh, 'Starboy' by the Weeknd."

The singer then giggles for about 20 seconds straight before saying: "We’ve got to end it now. Oh, that was too funny. Bang, bang!"

Shade level: High.

You can watch the video here:

We already know how Justin Bieber feels about Selena Gomez's new flame, because last month when asked if he could listen to a song by The Weeknd, he said,"Hell no, I can’t listen to a Weeknd song. That shit’s whack."

Wow, Biebs. Wow.

Bieber and Gomez have been apart since 2014, which makes this even more petty and childish. But at the same time, I get it—sometimes you just want to blow off important responsibilities to stay home and hate on your ex's new love. This might be the most relatable thing Justin Bieber has ever done.

Tony Stark look-alike tricks entire mall into thinking he's actually Robert Downey Jr.

Celebrity look-alikes have a unique opportunity to make people happy wherever they go, and all they have to do is live a lie. But when they embrace it, they become true heroes. Take this guy, who bears a slight resemblance to screen legend Robert Downey Jr. He took it upon himself to dress up as Downey's character Tony Stark (a.k.a. Iron Man, but if you didn't know we can't help you).

Then he strolled down to the La Plaza Mall in McAllen, Texas, to dazzle the locals. And dazzled they were. This guy's Stark swagger was so on point, he convinced dozens of strangers that he really was Robert Downey Jr.

"I built this little boy, for I am Iron Man."
"See how I hold my hand? It's just like when there's an Iron Man gauntlet on it. Use your imagination."
"Hey lady. Want to hear stories from when I costarred with Rodney Dangerfield in Back to School?"
"Your phone is hilariously primitive to me, the Iron Man."

The Avengers might be fictional (except Hawkeye), but this man really is a superhero. I hope he defeats a guy who looks like Captain America.

This Valentine’s Day, I’m going to Power Ballad a baby into you.

Twitter is not about to let Sean Spicer get away with calling Justin Trudeau 'Joe.'

Sean Spicer, the White House Press Secretary people love to hate, just added some more grist to the meme mill by referring to the supremely sexy and lovable Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau as "Joe."

"Yesterday the president had an incredibly productive set of meetings with Prime Minister Joe Trudeau of Canada."

What in the name of Melissa McCarthy is going on? This is just one more embarrassing mistake in an ever mounting display of White House incompetence. Like, Justin was JUST THERE. Spicer couldn't hold that name in your head for more than 24 hours?

Of course, the second anyone in the Trump administration screws anything up, Twitter is on top of it.

Carlos Santana says that Adele is a "singer, singer" and Beyoncé is just "a model."

Carlos Santana is the latest target of the Beyhive after he went on record to say that Adele won the Grammy for "Album of the Year" because she is a "singer, singer" while Beyoncé is "beautiful to look at," but is more of a model.

Oh boy.

"I think that Adele won because she can sing, sing," Santana told AAP. "With all respect to our sister Beyoncé, Beyoncé is very beautiful to look at and it's more like modeling kind of music - music to model a dress - she's not a singer, singer, with all respect to her."

Damn! Sexualizing Beyoncé and putting down her abilities in one sentence? Santana is not mincing words.

He went on to add, "Adele can sing, sing. She doesn't bring all the dancers and props, she can just stand there and she just stood there and sang the song and that's it, and this is why she wins."

Looks like Bey has another hater to twirl on.

Wait, has Carlos Santana ever heard Beyoncé sing? Because regardless of what you think of her performance style or her as an artist, there really is not arguing that she has an incredible set of pipes on her.

Oh wait, he does know how Beyoncé sings because she performed with him at the Super Bowl in 2003. Ouch. Things, amazingly, just managed to get even more awkward.

Honestly, both Adele and Beyonce are incredible vocalists, they just differ greatly when it comes to style and performance. Nevertheless, the comments got Carlos Santana in hot water with the Beyhive, and they were ready to swarm the legendary guitarist the moment he insulted their Queen B.

Grab your bug spray, Santana. You kicked a nest.

Chrissy Teigen goes topless for Valentine's Day video.

Chrissy Teigen is rocking the heart pasties look this Valentine's Day. She's celebrating the holiday in a new five-minute video for Love magazine. The video features Chrissy Teigen posing in various pieces of lingerie (and some strategically placed heart pasties) and lip-syncing her husband John Legend's song, "Ordinary People." Oh, right. We should probably mention that John Legend is also in the video.

You can watch it here:

The video's director, Rankin, talked about capturing the moment between Teigen and Legend. “I LOVE ‘Ordinary People’ so much, so when [Love Editor-in-Chief] Katie [Grand] asked me to shoot Chrissy for Valentine’s, the idea of her doing a lip-sync version immediately jumped into my head," he told People. "Katie wasn’t so keen. Then when Chrissy came up with the idea on set, and with John, I was like erm… YES please. When they sang it together at the end, I got goose bumps.”

These two really outdid themselves with the cuteness this time.

Obama's White House photographer has been throwing shade at Trump on Instagram for weeks.

Pete Souza, former chief official White House photographer for President Obama and Ronald Reagan, has been throwing some (not so) subtle shade at President Donald Trump on Instagram. How's he doing it? Souza is reposting some very specific images from the Obama administration any time the new president makes a controversial decision. Is the timing a coincidence? Probably not. Let's take a look.

First, Souza criticized Trump's interior decorating skills by posting this picture with the caption "I like these drapes better than the new ones. Don't you think?"

When Donald Trump issued his controversial Muslim ban, this picture of President Obama talking with a young refugee was posted. Hm, impeccable timing!

As Democrats and Republicans warred over if they should appoint Jeff Sessions as Attorney General despite his troublesome racist past, this photo popped up. Sessions was confirmed by Congress on Wednesday.

After Donald Trump nominated ultra-conservative judge Neil Gorsuch to the Supreme Court, Souza reminded us all of President Obama's pick, Merrick Garland. Garland was blocked by GOP leaders from taking the seat left empty by the late Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia.

Merrick Garland. Just saying.

Last week President Trump tried to start a beef with Australia on Twitter. Then Trump ended a call with the country's Prime Minister prematurely by hanging up on him and calling it was the "worst call by far." Coincidentally, Souza uploaded this picture of President Obama with Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull.

Remember when Trump's team couldn't figure out how to turn on the lights in the Cabinet rooms so they were forced to work in the dark? Souza remembers, and posted this picture with the caption "those damn lights ;)."

Those damn lights ;)

After billionaire Betsy DeVos was confirmed as Secretary of Education, Souza posted this picture of President Obama in a pre-K classroom.

Mental health professionals publish letter expressing concern for Trump's psyche.

While much has been said about Donald Trump's mental health in a jokey way—"woah, he cray!"—psychiatrists have signed a letter expressing their concerns from a medical perspective.

Dr. Lance M. Dodes, a former assistant professor of psychiatry at Harvard Medical School, and Dr. Joseph Schachter, former chairman of the Committee on Research Proposals in the International Psychoanalytic Association, published a letter to the editor in The New York Times on February 13th.

Responding to a column, they wrote, "To the Editor: Charles M. Blow... describes Donald Trump’s constant need 'to grind the opposition underfoot.' As mental health professionals, we share Mr. Blow’s concern."

While the American Psychiatric Association prohibits mental health organizations from commenting on a public figure's condition, Dr. Dodes writes, "this silence has resulted in a failure to lend our expertise to worried journalists and members of Congress at this critical time. We fear that too much is at stake to be silent any longer."

According to Dodes and Schachter:

Mr. Trump’s speech and actions demonstrate an inability to tolerate views different from his own, leading to rage reactions. His words and behavior suggest a profound inability to empathize. Individuals with these traits distort reality to suit their psychological state, attacking facts and those who convey them (journalists, scientists).

The letter explains that the psychiatrists have chosen to speak up now, because "these attacks are likely to increase, as his personal myth of greatness appears to be confirmed."

And here's the kicker: "We believe that the grave emotional instability indicated by Mr. Trump’s speech and actions makes him incapable of serving safely as president."

The letter is cosigned by 34 other medical professionals.

While many might say it is unethical for therapists to offer their opinions after evaluating someone from afar, you could argue that it is no different than if a dermatologist spots a weird pattern on someone's face.

Guys hold hilariously passive-aggressive funeral for their friend 'taken by a relationship.'

This Valentine's Day let's take a moment to remember all of our loved ones we have lost... to relationships. RIP.

Ben Hull, a student from the UK, recently lost his good friend, Adam Milner, to a new relationship. To memorialize his late friend, Hull did the most natural thing: he held a funeral for him.

He tweeted out photos of the event, including a table set up in Adam's honor, displaying some of his favorite things, like video games and a pack of cigs:

“We all live on a floor together and spend a lot of time going out to nights out and all sorts,” Hull, 19, told BuzzFeed News.“Then suddenly he got a girlfriend, and we saw him less and less.”

At the funeral, Hull gave a speech dedicated to his “fallen friend” and invited others to speak. Then the guys all sang “Can’t Take My Eyes Off Of You” a group. It's weirdly kind of moving.

You can watch the whole thing here:

Posted by Ben Hull on Friday, February 10, 2017

Apparently the late Adam Milner was not invited to the event, and instead spent the evening in his room—I can't confirm if his gf was there with him, but she probably was (that's soooo Adam!). “We didn’t think it would be right for him to attend,” said Hull.

Luckily he was a good sport about the whole thing. “Afterwards, Adam thanked us all for our hard work,” said Hull. “He also said he would look over all of us.”

He said that Adam's girlfriend was also understanding and even amused. “She knows what we are like,” he said.

She sounds like a keeper. My condolences, Adam's friends. May he rest in peace.
