School goes crazy when teacher admits dating other teacher. What he says next makes them explode.

This sweet video shows one teacher proposing to another (whom he's dating, not just a random teacher) in front of an entire fifth grade class of the Ohio elementary school where they both work. Never mind that he must've known he'd be forced to spend half his romantic proposal yelling "QUIET" at a bunch of screaming children. The other half still ends up being pretty romantic.

The man is Jason Seifert, the fifth grade science teacher at Harry Russell Elementary in West Carrollton, OH. The woman is Ally Barker, the fifth grade math teacher at the same school, where they met and became best friends before eventually becoming a couple.

Seifert told ABC News that he checked with the principal of his school before popping the question to Barker. When the principal deemed it okay, he let the entire fifth grade class know just how much "more than dating" he and their math teacher were.

It's not until someone shouts out, "This is his moment, let him have it!" that it becomes clear what he's trying to do, and as soon as he gets down on one knee and pops the question, the whole school sounds like tweens at a Justin Bieber concert.

Melania Trump got accidentally photobombed and tweeted out the pic anyway.

Melania Trump is having a rough week on Twitter. Luckily for her, she seems completely unaware of it. First she started the #PowerOfTheFirstLady hashtag and got massively trolled, but kept tweeting the hashtag.

Then, the First Lady was visiting the Smithsonian's National Museum of African American History and Culture in DC on Wednesday, and someone took a photo of her, which she tweeted out:

"It was an honor to visit the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History," she wrote.

But as many people were quick to point out on Twitter, it appears a man standing behind her is rolling his eyes straight out of his head:

As Cosmo pointed out, his positioning close to Melania suggests he's probably Secret Service, which would make this (probably accidental?) photobomb even funnier.

As at least one person noted, the pic is kind of "ironic" given Trump's terrible track record on race (i.e. he may or may not know who Frederick Douglass is):

Then, a bunch of people used the opportunity to troll Melania and her hubs:

In Melania's defense, she hardly ever sees him!

Someone should probably teach the First Lady about Twitter. On second thought, don't do that. Melania #TwitterFails give us too much joy in these dark times.

This teenage lesbian couple kissed in a cafe. Then a security guard completely ruined their day.

Chloe Arrandale and her girlfriend Louise Taylor, both 18, were railed at by a security guard on Thursday, who told them that they were "disgusting" and "putting people off their food." He then kicked the lesbian couple out of the store, saying they could stay outside if they wanted to "carry on with 'that' kind of behavior." All of this was because Arrandale gave Taylor a kiss ("a peck on the lips") in the cafe of Morrisons, a chain of supermarkets in the UK.

In response, Chloe's mother, Beth Arrandale, wrote a post on Facebook, expressing her anger and disgust at her daughter being treated that way.

In her post she wrote,

I'm absolutely disgusted with the ignorant, homophobic and disgraceful treatment of my daughter and her girlfriend by staff at Morrisons in Eccles!!! All they did was have a little kiss (just a peck on the lips) whilst having something to eat in the cafe. They were then confronted by an idiotic and clearly homophobic 'security guard' and told they had to get out of Morrisons, that they were disgusting and apparently putting people off their food! If they want to carry on with 'that' kind of behaviour then to do it outside!!! Nothing said to the straight couple though, who were sat next to them, who also happened to be cuddling and kissing!!!
It's 2017 ffs!!!!!!!

Ms. Arrandale's post did get a couple of responses from the Morrisons customer service team, who said they were turning the matter over to the store manager to investigate.

Chloe wrote a Facebook post of her own about the incident. She also thanked her mom for standing up for her.

It is 2017 but still we get insults launched at us like this. Me and my girlfriend are not the first, only last week the...

Posted by Chloe Arrandale on Thursday, February 16, 2017

To the Daily Mail, Chloe said,

I want an apology from this man and for him to admit what he has done is wrong.

Love is love. If he has these opinions then he should just keep them to himself and not just go screaming at two young girls. All she did was sit next to me, put her arm around me and gave me a kiss because I was not feeling well. It wasn't a really long, sloppy snog.

A spokesperson for Morrisons told the Daily Mail, "We take this allegation extremely seriously and we are raising it with our security supplier at this store to find out what happened."

Why did President Trump immediately delete this tweet attacking the news media?

At this point, the American people are well-used (if not desensitized) to President Donald Trump tweeting incendiary messages at random times. But it's much rarer for him to recant his words, so when he deletes a tweet, people take notice. That's what happened late Friday afternoon, when Trump tweeted and quickly deleted a message on one of his favorite topics of late: the "fake news" media and its bias against him.

Others also preserved the tweet, including Atlantic Senior Editor David Frum.

And he has a theory as to what it means.

But as to why it was deleted, that's still a mystery. Especially because minutes later, Trump tweeted an amended version of the same message.

Did he delete it because he forgot to include ABC and CBS? Or because he regretted using the word "sick?" That would seem odd, considering it's no harsher than what he says about the news media during his regular press conferences.

Needless to say, many eyes will be tuned to the news in the coming hours and days to see if David Frum's prediction comes true.

I've reached an age where falling asleep on the couch has nothing to do with coming home drunk.

Few memes take off with the speed of Tiny Trump. On Friday, a Reddit group called TinyTrumps began posting pictures of President Donald Trump Photoshopped really small. Smaller, even, than his hands.

Here are 10 of our favorite Tiny Trumps.

1. The start of it all.

"I made Trump 2 ft tall. It makes him look cute next to the secret service."

2. The Eaglet has landed.

Donald Glover and James Earl Jones will star in Disney's live-action 'Lion King' movie, thank god.

The Lion King is one of the most successful animated films and Broadway musicals of all time, so the next step for Disney was obvious: Combine the two for a live-action movie and make another billion dollars. Duh!

In a pair of tweets on Friday, director Jon Favreau first announced that Atlanta star Donald Glover (aka Childish Gambino) would be playing the role of Simba in the new adaptation, with the great James Earl Jones reprising his role of Mufasa more than 20 years after the original film.

Naturally, people were positive on this development—especially the Donald Glover casting—which is perhaps the only piece of good news so far in 2017.

The best part? Along with the announcement that Glover will play a young Lando Calrissian in Disney's Han Solo-focused Star Wars prequel, it appears he's landing spots in all the franchises he's rapped about as Gambino.

Also, Disney knows you're impatient, so it's fast-tracking this future blockbuster, according to Variety. Just hope the world doesn't end in the meantime.

What you didn't know about Norma McCorvey, the Roe in 'Roe v. Wade,' who just passed away at 69.

Norma McCorvey, who became pseudonymously known as Jane Roe in Roe v. Wade, the 1973 Supreme Court ruling that established a constitutional right to abortion, died of heart complications in an assisted-living home in Texas on Saturday. She was 69 years old.

While most Americans are familiar with the effects of that case, few know how it progressed through the courts, or much of McCorvey's life before or since. Now, in the wake of her passing, people are learning of surprising details from her obituaries. For instance:

  • She didn't have an abortion. McCorvey had already given birth twice when she became pregnant in 1969, at age 21. She filed suit in 1970 for the right to have an abortion. Three years later, the Supreme Court had ruled in her favor, but she'd of course already given birth to her third child, whom she'd then put up for adoption. She never attended a trial and "learned of the ruling in a newspaper article," according to the Washington Post.
  • She'd originally said the "Roe" pregnancy was the result of rape, then, in 1987, admitted that she'd become pregnant "through what I thought was love." McCorvey had apparently hoped that such a falsehood would give her a chance to meet the exemption rules for abortion in Texas at that time. Although this would be used by abortion opponents to demonize her, it in fact had no legal relevance to the case as decided by the Supreme Court.
  • She became an anti-abortion activist later in life. McCorvey, who was relatively uneducated, came from a working-class background, and struggled with any number of personal problems, chafed at her symbolic role in the pro-choice movement. Working at abortion clinics, she was "trying to please everyone and trying to be hardcore" about the ideology. Eventually, she became a Catholic and fell in with Operation Rescue, a Christian organization opposed to all abortion rights (though she maintained the right to abortion in the first trimester, unlike the group). She was even arrested in 2009 "for disrupting the Senate confirmation hearings on Sonia Sotomayor’s nomination to the Supreme Court," the site of her landmark victory.
  • She was in a committed lesbian relationship for more than 30 years. From around 1970, when Roe v. Wade was just getting off the ground, to the early 1990s, McCorvey's partner was a woman, Connie Gonzales, who proved to be a more stable companion than any man in her life. Their relationship seems to have ended bitterly when McCorvey embraced an anti-gay strain of Christianity, but as late as 2006, it was reported that she was caring for Gonzales after she had suffered a stroke.

All in all, it was a complicated legacy for a complicated woman—and proof that Roe v. Wade isn't nearly as simple as many make it out to be.

Dr. Pimple Popper wrestles a huge lipoma on a patient's neck. So enormous.

All right, popping fans, get ready for a big 'un. Internet-famous dermatologist Dr. Pimple Popper (real name Dr. Sandra Lee) has posted a video of herself removing a GIGANTIC lipoma from the base of a client's neck. Get the kids and the elderly out of the room, because this lipoma is definitely not for the faint of heart.

Dr. Pimple Popper called her video "Cuz Breakin' Up with your Lipoma is Hard to Do" because this enormous lipoma just does not want to go.

Watching this is like watching a horror movie. A gross, gory, yet somehow hugely satisfying horror movie. I might skip the popcorn, though. (POP-corn! It's a popping pun! I'm sorry!)

Talking to Seth Meyers on Late Night earlier this week, Billions actress Malin Akerman revealed that she'd once done a bit of nude modeling for Abercrombie & Fitch. Nothing that unusual about a beautiful blonde getting her start in show biz that way, but in a funny coincidence, one of her fellow models was none other than Mr. Grey himself, Fifty Shades star Jamie Dornan.

"Needless to say," Akerman remarked, "we got to know each other very well."

As for the third guy in the mix, well, no one seems quite sure what he's up to these days. But if his butt is anything like it was then, he's probably doing just fine. Maybe he's even driving around in that ultra-'90s convertible right now.

The best reactions to Donald Trump's insane Florida rally, which kicked off his 2020 campaign.

President Trump has been faring so badly in Washington, D.C.—what with the leaks, resignations, foiled executive orders, and memes—that he decided to throw one of his signature campaign rallies in Melbourne, Florida, on Saturday.

Sure, the 2020 election is a loooooong 1,354 days away, but when you can't get jack done with your kleptocracy in the nation's capital, it's nice to get some adulation from your throngs of adoring fans in the heartland of Real America.

OK, so maybe the turnout wasn't that great. But Trump doesn't care about appearances! He cares about the American people! Which is why he's... making them applaud for him instead of working to create those jobs he promised?

Anyway, spare yourself the spectacle and enjoy these reactions instead:

There you have it! Oh, but here's the best part:

Yep. Nobody would have seen this on TV if the media hadn't broadcast it live. Gosh darn journalists! If only they were more unfair to this administration.

Lana Del Rey's new single 'Love' is perfect for staying in bed and ignoring literally everyone.

It's Saturday night. You got nothing done today. You probably stayed out too late on Friday. And, after some hints and teases here and there, Lana Del Rey has finally dropped a new song—"Love," her first single in more than a year.

Fans are, shall we say... emotional.

As sweepingly beautiful and languorous and vague as anything she's ever released, "Love" is either the perfect soundtrack for a slow, steamy hookup—or, even better, a weekend twilight spent in bed smoking weed and replaying moments from all your lost romances. Seriously, don't listen to this if you've got things to accomplish in the near future, because you'll just leave it on repeat and gaze into the night until it gives way to a rosy, heartbreaking dawn.

Will I find true love? Where are any of us going in this world? Can Lana please reply to my Instagram comments? This song may not answer any of those questions, but man, it sure beats reading the news.

Watch Larry Wilmore tell alt-right troll Milo Yiannopoulos to 'go f**k' himself.

On Friday night, Milo Yiannopoulos, the Breitbart editor who got banned from Twitter for harassing comedian Leslie Jones, was a guest on Real Time with Bill Maher. And thankfully, so was Larry Wilmore, former host of the The Nightly Show, who told Yiannopoulos to "go fuck" himself, to the delight of the audience in the studio as well as at home.

Yiannopoulos, who just published his controversial book, Dangerous, found himself the cause of college campus protests in February.

Journalist Jeremy Scahill was scheduled to be a guest on Bill Maher's show, but withdrew due to Milo Yiannopoulos' presence. Malcolm Nance, career counterterrorism and intelligence officer, was his replacement.

On the show, Milo Yiannopoulos, who purposely misgendered a trans person, tried to say that trans people are "vastly disproportionately" involved in sex crimes, although he gave no statistics to support that statement. Larry Wilmore responded,

I just think it’s sad, because the same arguments that were used against gay people—treating them like aliens who just wanted to fuck anything that moved and that’s why we should avoid them at all costs—[are] being used [against trans people]. . . No, it’s true. There’s a difference without a distinction, because it’s using the type of arguments. It’s like when people try to compare gay and black. Yeah, they’re not the same thing. We shared invisibility. You know, people didn’t see us in society, and gay people hid in and out from society. But there were a lot of the same issues that you have to deal with when you’re marginalized.

But it wasn't until Yiannopoulos called Maher's guests stupid that Wilmore said, “You can go fuck yourself.” He added that Yiannopoulos could "go fuck [himself] again" for saying that Leslie Jones is barely literate.

Congratulations on remembering which bar you left your stuff at over the weekend.

The best guesses about what Trump was referring to when he mentioned 'last night in Sweden.'

$

He was already pretty incoherent on the campaign trail, but a month into his presidency, Donald Trump's improvised on-the-record comments are more baffling than ever. Yesterday—which, incidentally, found him back in rally mode—he dropped another vaguely menacing reference that no one understood:

"You look at what's happening in Germany. You look at what's happening last night in Sweden ... Sweden ... who would believe this? Sweden, they took in large numbers, they are having problems like they never thought possible. You look at what's happening Brussels, you look at what's happening all over the world."

As the current citizen-operator of the @sweden account confirmed, while being swiftly overwhelmed with notifications—nothing of import actually occurred.

Now, perhaps the simplest thing would be to say Trump's inventing some terrorist incident out of thin air. Or just half-remembering a Fox News segment.

And the former prime minister of Sweden had an even more basic explanation.

But we owe it to ourselves to do more work in understanding the leader of the free world, right? Surely he was referring to something? Maybe, for example...

So tragic, and utterly preventable. Please, a moment of silence now for Sweden.

Getting older is mainly just adding to the list of foods I can no longer eat.

In the year 2017, there's almost no bit of news that doesn't merit a moment of surprise as we attempt to process what we're hearing. "President Trump fabricated a terrorist attack in Sweden." "A YouTuber is eating photos of Jason Segel." "Lana Del Rey's new single might be the best of her career."

At any such revelations, we can only offer a fluttering series of blinks:

That GIF, which depicts Drew Scanlon of video game website Giant Bomb reacting to a colleague's mention of "farming with my hoe," has been in circulation since 2015, according to Know Your Meme. But it's recently found a second life on Twitter, where people are finding all kinds of uses for it.

Finally, the bemused expression appropriate for literally any occasion.

Some idiot called the cops because queer rapper Mykki Blanco was sitting next to him on a plane.

Mykki Blanco is many things—a rapper, a poet, an activist, and a performance artist. He's also outrageously fashionable, and just all-around cool.

One thing he is not is a danger to airline passengers. But try telling that to the racist/homophobic/whatever kind of idiot seated next to him on a recent Delta flight, however, who felt the need to call the police on Blanco while he was asleep. That would be bad enough without what happened next: The cop took the idiot's side and threatened to arrest Blanco for... what, exactly?

Ugh. Why can't the TSA screen for assholes like Blanco's seatmate? Anwyay, Delta was appropriately sorry about the whole thing, promising to make it right.

If anything, maybe they can revoke that guy's frequent flyer miles.
