The best 25 reactions from the brave people who actually watched the undercard #GOPDebate.

The Republican primary cycle of 2015-2016 will be remembered for two things: Donald Trump and the Undercard Debate, aka the kids' table. Airing at 6pm Eastern Time on CNN, just getting off work early enough to watch this is a true testament to patriotic fervor. So what's the headline from this one? First, they sorta denounced/distanced themselves/mildly criticized Trump's Muslim ban. Then, a vigorous debate about foreign policy where everyone wanted to vow to kill ISIS and punish Putin for being a bully—but while Mike Huckabee was typically folksy, Rick Santorum typically frustrated that he was on this stage and George Pataki typically mystified as to why he was invited, the breakout star was angry, angry Lindsey Graham. Quoting Princess Bride and ripping on Putin's pecs, Lindsey Graham showed all the depth and energy that makes his almost-definitely-hopeless candidacy so endearing. Here are X tweets from some of the brave men and women who actually watched this:

Here's what Donald Trump's heckler was trying to yell over the very loud GOP debate.

If you watched tonight's Republican debate on CNN, you may have noticed that at one point, the person screaming loudest in the room wasn't actually on the stage—it was a heckler yelling at Donald Trump. The candidate was slightly rattled, perhaps out of fear that it was actually another supporter yelling a Nazi salute. Fortunately for the Donald, it was only someone who really didn't like him. Here's what CNN reporter Dylan Byers, who was in the room, tweeted shortly afterwards:

https://twitter.com/dylanbyers/status/676961187205128193

Although it's still hard to hear in this video, here's footage of the protester, identified as Kai Newkirk of 99 Rise, an Occupy Wall Street-style group dedicated to getting big money out of politics.

Whoever said Americans only participate in the democratic process by heckling on Twitter? Sometimes they heckle in person, too.

Last night was the last GOP debate of 2015! Hosted by CNN, the topic was national security and the people on stage were the 9 Republican candidates with higher poll ratings than the undercard debate. It got into more details than past debates, but that doesn't mean there was less yelling. Trump and Bush shouted back and forth, Senators Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio finally quit their Sam and Diane routine and ripped each other to shreds, and Cruz also tried to repeat his victory against CNBC by refusing to allow Blitzer to move to the next question. Rand Paul returned to his roots of steadfast libertarian principles, earning him some boos, some cheers, and even more silence. Donald Trump objected to everyone talking about Trump the whole time, especially that heckler, and the audience booed at everyone.

'The Force Awakens' cast sang an a capella tribute to 'Star Wars' with Fallon and The Roots.

The cast of Star Wars: The Force Awakens ;(Heard of it?) sang a rousing medley of the iconic Star Wars score on Tuesday night's episode of The Tonight Show. The cast is just like your friends in college in that they sing a capella and are super into Star Wars, except that these guys are actually *in* Star Wars. Adam Driver has an extremely impressive bass, and Chewbacca's lovely vibrato complements it nicely. The Roots make for awesome stormtroopers, and even the charmingly curmudgeonly Harrison Ford is in on the bit.

Here's hoping the next Star Wars movie includes a Pitch Perfect crossover.

Barbara Walters told Bradley Cooper she wants to do things to him that everyone wants to do to him.

Barbara Walters has taken what is probably the most uncontroversial stance in our present moment: she wants to have sex with Bradley Cooper. And while interviewing the actor, who many have observed is smoking, for her 10 Most Facinating People of 2015 special, Walters let him know.

The special won't air until tomorrow night, but according to People, Walters tells Cooper:

I could just sit and stare at you but that would take too much time. But I, I find you very screwable.

Do you see what she's getting at?

And at another point she elaborates on what she meant when she said he was "screwable":

I think you're handsome, I think you're sexy.

Cooper, who is probably really used to being propositioned by powerful ladies, handsomely replied:

Thank you. I think that I've grown to stop thinking about it. ... But sometimes I feel better than others. Yeah, I think it has a lot to do with feeling comfortable with yourself.

Yeah, he's grown to stop thinking about it...except when 30% of Amy Schumer's SNL monologue is about his crushability.

Yeah, he's grown to stop thinking about it...except when he smiles and a roomful of Jersey Shore waitresses faints.

Yeah, he's grown to stop thinking about it...except when he looks in the mirror! Burn. Or no, that's not really a burn.

Now that Walters has publicly spoken out in favor of boning Brad, hopefully others will feel comfortable being open about this very reasonable perspective.

The four remaining members ofOne Direction joined James Corden for carpool karaoke on The Late Late Show Tuesday night. The five Brits cruised around Los Angeles (luckily driving on the correct side of the street) while singing 1D's greatest hits, including the rousing anthem "What Makes You Beautiful." Putting safety first, Corden pulled over into a nearby parking lot to put the boys in matching outfits and film the "official" music video for "No Control," featuring his own choreography. Corden also made the boys play a game of "F***/Marry/Go on a Cruise With" between Tina Fey, Selena Gomez, and Demi Lovato. It turns out Niall is DTF with theSisters star.

9 women and 18 boobs who stood up against breastfeeding shaming in 2015.

Like most years in human history, 2015 was a tough year to be a woman with boobs. People hated on women for liking their own boobs, social media companies hypocritically attempted to hide boobs from the public, and of course, women were shamed for utilizing one of their boobs' primary biological functions. It seemed like a day didn't go by that some weirdo didn't get stressed out by breastfeeding and try to put a stop to it. Here are all the brave mothers who fought for their right to be treated like human beings in 2015, and not like demonic lactating Quasimodos.

1. This woman who was told by a flight attendant she had to pump milk in the tiny airplane bathroom.

https://www.instagram.com/p/4FRHxWsHlv/

Molly Guy was the wrong person to quarantine in an airplane bathroom. She's the owner of Stone Fox Bride, a popular New York City bridal shop. When she was told by a flight attendant that she had to pump milk in the tiny airplane bathroom, she posted about the incident on her company's Instagram account, which has over 100,000 followers. The story quickly went viral, making JetBlue look pretty lame. They apologized, but Molly managed to raise awareness about breastfeeding in public, and probably got some new customers in the process.

2. This photographer who celebrated mom-friendly amenities in the U.S. Army.

https://www.facebook.com/TaraRuby/posts/1088446597840596:0

Photographer Tara Ruby used to be an active duty military employee, and when she heard that Fort Bliss—a military base in Texas—was getting its first breastfeeding room, she decided to honor active duty military moms by photographing them breastfeeding in uniform.

Ruby recalled how when she was a new mother in the army, she had to "hide in empty offices and bathrooms" to pump, since there were no accommodations. The picture has helped destigmatize breastfeeding and garner support for military moms, so they "don't have to choose between family and service."

It's a great picture, although the argument that the babies should have also been wearing cute little army suits is definitely valid. But still, great picture.

3. This mom who was fired for requesting breastfeeding accommodations at her job.

After taking maternity leave, Angela Ames returned to her job as a loss-mitigation specialist at Nationwide Insurance. She requested a private space and break time so she could pump throughout the day, and was fired just for the request. She was told to "just go home and be with [her] babies."

She took the company to a trial court, which ruled in Nationwide's favor. She then appealed to the Supreme Court to overrule the trial court's decision, but the Supreme Court rejected the case in a statement that included the surreally stupid argument that "breastfeeding-related firings aren't sexist because men can lactate, too."

Yes, under certain circumstances, men can technically lactate, but it's not the same. Like at all. Luckily, Ames's case brought up discussions of legislation pertaining to pregnant women's rights. Hopefully some new legislation comes around that requires politicians to have at least a rudimentary understanding of women's bodies before citing absurd arguments in order to regulate them.

4. This woman whose "friend" flagged one of her breastfeeding photos for being "offensive" on Facebook.

Britni de la Cretaz posted a photo of herself breastfeeding on Facebook, and someone flagged the photo for being offensive—an action usually reserved for photos containing graphic violence or something racist. Thankfully, breastfeeding photos are allowed on Facebook, so Cretaz reposted it, along with a message to her anonymous hater, telling them to unfriend her and learn to respect breastfeeders.

They reported her again, so she reposted it again. People then started posting pictures of themselves breastfeeding to support Britini, which shows that when you try to censor one boob, thousands more will appear!

5. This breastfeeding mom who laughed at the policemen dragging her away from a protest.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ol7l0f2RCbg

An unidentified mom from Melbourne, Australia, was forcibly removed from a protest while breastfeeding her son. The protest wasn't actually for breastfeeding amenities, but was for an organization fighting government detention in Australia. Still, footage of the woman sparked an intense debate about public breastfeeding and whether she was scaring the child by bringing him. The woman later released a statement, stating that her child was in no danger and that people should focus on issues pertaining to detention instead. That makes sense, since the child doesn't really seem to care what's happening, while she, on the other hand, looks stoked.

"This is awesome!"

6. This mother who was shamed by a female police officer at a school meeting for parents.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=3&v=OOndZUZdelg

Rosalyn Mizzell attended a public forum for Omaha Public Schools with other parents. She brought her infant son along and was breastfeeding him during the meeting. A female police officer approached her and told her "Don't do that in front of me. Have more respect for yourself and everybody else here."

Mizzell refused, as public breastfeeding is legal according to Nebraska state law. After calling the officer out for being wrong, the officer gave Mizzell a half-assed apology, telling her that "if [she] wanted to breastfeed [she] could have done it in the bathroom or stayed home," which is basically like saying "Sorry I'm not sorry."

Mizzell's story was reported by the local news station, and the police ended up looking pretty silly for not knowing the laws they're supposed to enforce. The fact that the public forum was organized to discuss proposed changes to the school's sexual education curriculum made the whole ordeal pretty ironic.

"Sex-Ed 101: Boobies Are Gross!"

7. This lawyer who called Donald Trump out for being scared of boobs.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jiKQHRdafpM

Elizabeth Beck is a lawyer who was involved in a 2011 deposition with Donald Trump. The court had a lunch break set, which Beck was going to use as time to go pump breast milk. Trump refused to honor the appointed lunch break, however, so Beck had to tell him that she needed to pump. Trump threw a fit.

He screamed in her face, called her disgusting, and stormed out of the courtroom, ending the day's proceedings. When asked about the incident, Trump claimed that Beck kept trying to breastfeed in front of him because she wanted him to watch her. He also called her "disgraceful" and a "terrible attorney."

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sAjtfMPDCPwhttps://twitter.com/realDonaldTrump/status/626369805432553472?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw

The public mostly sided with Beck, because the thought that someone would want Trump to watch them breastfeed is as absurd as the thought of Trump being president

8. This mom who called out the weirdo who took a photograph of her breastfeeding in a T.G.I. Friday's.

https://www.facebook.com/conner.kendall/posts/993428820669198:0

A man took a picture of Indianapolis resident Conner Kendall breastfeeding in a T.G.I. Fridays without her permission. He posted it on Facebook with an incredibly ignorant message telling women to cover their boobs up. Because the guy was an idiot and Facebook is a public forum, Kendall found out about it. She responded to him directly with a letter, and then posted the letter on Facebook, where she received an outpouring of support nationwide. Because Kendall kept it classy, she didn't release the guy's name with the post. It could have been a whole lot worse, guy!

9. These hilarious moms who trolled people telling them to "cover it up."

https://www.facebook.com/bfmamatalk/posts/851687851546300:0

Breastfeeding Mama Talk, a Facebook page for breastfeeding mothers, posted a picture of a sign telling women to cover their breasts when breastfeeding. As a response, they started a campaign encouraging women to cover it up, but by "it," they meant their faces.

https://www.facebook.com/permalink.php?story_fbid=10153358264314704&id=339534484703&substory_index=0

Woman and her boss's baby get real chill at the office holiday party.

Twitter user @SayAvaaahad a hilarious encounter with her boss's baby at the company Christmas party, and now the clip is going viral with chill baby lovers all across the Internet. Most babies give a stranger in their close proximity a good long look, sizing them up to see if they're fun or terrifying. To be certain, this baby is very much OK with the arrangement. But he totally keeps his cool during this first interaction, not like babies who lose their minds after seeing something strange for the first time. He thinks about it for a second, and then gives a smirk as if they're closing a secret business deal:

https://twitter.com/SayAvaaa/status/676560321302142977

If only all babies could be as chill as this little guy. Skepticism, smirk, acceptance. It's how every encounter in the world should go down.

The Kardashian family's Christmas decor is about as subtle as you'd expect.

Kim Kardashian shared a photo of her family's Christmas tree, and as you would expect from America's most viral family, it's highly Instagram-able. The primary tree (yes, there's a primary tree) is so decked out it barely has any green, and it's flanked by two smaller trees that are still bigger than most people's solo ones. The entire surrounding area is decorated like an independently wealthy elf's estate. Kim wrote in the caption, "Candy Cane Lane Kris Jenner Style."

https://www.instagram.com/p/_WEPh3uS_D/

Is social media putting too much pressure on young people to live up to unrealistic holiday decoration standards? Will teenagers see this and start hating their own dumb little shrubs standing alone in a corner instead of dominating the expansive foyer of a Calabasas mansion? And come to think of it, are the Kardashians' trees even natural? Not that they would ever tell the truth about it.

John Krasinski and Jimmy Kimmel both went too far in their Christmas prank war.

Like all celebrities with lots of disposable income and staffers working for them, Jimmy Kimmel and John Krasinski love pulling elaborate pranks on one another. In fact, it's become a holiday tradition for the two of them, now in its fourth year. But this time, they both may have gone too far for their famous egos to handle.

This year's batch of pranks was revealed on Tuesday night's episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live, and parts of it were received with audible gasps from the audience. Describing too much would ruin the clip, but suffice it to say you'll never look at Santa, fake snow, or eggnog the same way again. And you'll be much more protective of your home address.

To see how far this has escalated, here are last year's pranks:

What are they going to do next year? Murder each other?

A woman was attacked for her masculine clothes, but now her story is inspiring some dapper fashions.

Helena Martins was walking near her home in London last week when she was attacked by a stranger who had a problem with what she was wearing: a tie. Martins is a lesbian and dresses with a masculine style. The man went nuts, hitting her face and trying to drag the tie off her. During the attack, Martins lost the cochlear implant that allows her to hear, making the experience all the more terrifying. She posted this to Facebook, swearing she wouldn't feel safe wearing a tie again for a long while:

I don't think I'll be rocking a tie in the near future. Today, one street away from my home, I was assaulted by a man...

Posted by Helena Martins on Wednesday, 9 December 2015

She writes:

I don't think I'll be rocking a tie in the near future.
Today, one street away from my home, I was assaulted by a man who just went berserk at me, trying to pull my tie off.

I've got a scratched and punched face, a sore neckline by all the tie pulling and a very bruised soul.

I did fight back a little, but when I saw my implant being tossed around on the floor and stepped on, I just wanted the guy to leave me alone and crouched against the wall with my hands and arms above my head and chest.

The all thing was over in 2 minutes.

Please. Homophobia Transphobia are still very much alive. If you hear or see someone making fun with pub jokes, harassing or bullying of LGBT people, making comments while watching TV or a movie or whatever...
Act. Speak out.
Your silence makes them feel that they are right. They're not.
Tell them. Please. Be part of the solution, not the problem.

Some women wear ties, some men wear skirts. Get the heck over it.
One thing is true: I shouldn't be punched in the face for wearing a tie.

Unexpectedly, the story got shared like crazy, with total strangers sending her messages of support and encouragement. People on Twitter have also been responding to her viral story with the hashtag #TieForHelena, and Martins is using the positive attention to raise money for LGBT organization Stonewall. And she's also getting all these hot pics of people in dapper ties:

https://twitter.com/EmilySmarties/status/676717910430191616?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfwhttps://twitter.com/Rach_2_Oh/status/676731827126722560?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfwhttps://twitter.com/daveshorty/status/676753994929315840https://twitter.com/TeleWonderWomen/status/676734431789477888https://twitter.com/loumkelly/status/676718277301821440https://twitter.com/kateygo/status/676708605635239936

While Martins had said she wouldn't be wearing a tie for awhile, it looks like she's been inspired sartorially as well, and tied another one on this Wednesday. You gotta get back on the horse, then put a bow on it:

Lindsay Lohan called out Jennifer Lawrence about insensitive puke comments on Twitter.

$

Lindsay Lohan has an issue with some recent remarks Jennifer Lawrence made about barfing. It's like, can anyone say anything about puking anymore? Or has everyone become so oversensitive that the puke police are just censoring everyone's word vomit about vomit?

On Monday night's Late Show, Jennifer Lawrence told Stephen Colbert that sometimes she works so hard, she throws up. Or as she put it, "I'm a big time puker." She went on, "I get, like, Lindsay Lohan grade exhaustion, but without any drugs or alcohol."

Who is on the right side of puking?

Lohan didn't love America's BFF making a joke that brought up her past struggles (with alcohol, drugs, and being made fun of on late night shows). So she decided to take some inspiration from Maya Angelou and tweet about it.

First, Lohan's little sister tweeted, "I never breathe life into negativity. But I stand by my family. Disappointed in Jennifer Lawrence..Not cool."

https://twitter.com/aliana/status/676899863490117632

Not cool? Ouch. Then Lohan herself added, "thank you sister.. Maybe who you're referring to should learn to support others like #mayaangelou." She also included a Maya Angelou quote superimposed over a beautiful sunset.

https://twitter.com/lindsaylohan/status/676837545192374273

Wow! This tweet officially:

  • accuses Jennifer Lawrence of the cardinal celebrity sin of pitting women against each other
  • gives Jennifer Lawrence the new nickname of "Who You're Referring To"
  • loops in Maya Angelou

No one ever suspected that Lindsay Lohan of all people could be the first person to make Jennifer Lawrence not seem chill. J-Law is going to have to fall down a lot of times at the Golden Globes to make up for this.

A professor put a link to a "Final Exam Answer Key" on his website that actually leads to the music video for Rick Astley's "Never Gonna Give You Up," and a friend of one of the students uploaded proof of it to Reddit yesterday. Professors are basically your college dads, so it's no surprise that they arrive to a joke a decade after you got tired of it—next they'll probably be teaching biology with help from that sneezing panda

But there's a darker side to this "joke," as one Redditor pointed out.

This could very well happen.

Dopplegangers were big in 2015. Two guys who looked like identical twins met on a plane, Leonardo DiCaprio found a double in a Swedish Bartender, and Taylor Swift met her look-alike in Australia. Now there's Sara and Shannon. Two beautiful women from different countries who discovered their uncanny resemblance thanks to a website that basically functions as Tinder for doppelgangers: TwinStrangers.com. The two met for the first time in a video posted by the site today.

Matching clothes, hair, and make-up help a bit.

After they connected online, Sara from Sweden traveled to Dublin to meet Shannon in real life. "I gave her a hug and then we just stood there like 'Oh my God, this is so weird'," said Shannon.

They look like stock photo models.

Our noses, our eyes... we have the exact same ears... lips, expressions, pout, smile... it's just weird.

They even dress and pose alike when they're told to by a viral video director.

If you are tired of having friends that look different from you and want to find your own doppelganger, you can sign up for Twin Strangers for under $4.00. (Great last minute gift idea for the lonely narcissist in your life.) If you'd rather stick to watching more attractive people find their twinsies, here's the festive video of Sara and Shannon meeting for the first time:

Yesterday, social media jesters Hope That Helps posed as customer service to have a little fun with some unsuspecting Chipotle diners. Following news of an E. coli outbreak at the restaurant chain, the pranksters tricked customers on Chipotle's Facebook page into thinking they were chatting with a real representative from the company. Previously, Hope That Helps had a field day pranking shoppers on Black Friday, and reminded Target shoppers that it's okay for girls to play with boy toys. Here are four of the best interactions with customers who may not have had the stomach for the joke:

 1. Rosa was staying put, but now she may want to run.

2. DaVette learns that her digestive system may temporarily shut down like the restaurants.

 3. Regina, who learns that her salad is part of an experiment.

4. Sandy, who does not realize why her gift card might cause an emergency.

No customers or stomachs were harmed in the making of this prank. And some of the company's fans enjoyed the fake exchanges. Hopefully the business hours, salad composition, and digestive systems of all parties involved are now in good working order.
